The Ribbon Toolbar
The toolbar serves as the aid in navigating through the application. It organizes the screens by category and general workflow. The options change depending on which persona users choose and the level of security implemented on the persona. For example, if the persona utilizes the Accounting subsystem, users may have Accounting tools in the toolbar. Below, users will find tools utilized by a constituent representative.
By default, the Ribbon Toolbar is minimized; however, users can click the down arrow in the upper-right corner of the application to expand the ribbon and dock it under the menu bar. This can also be reversed by clicking on the same arrow.
