PAC Contributions in CRM360
Personify has the ability to report lifetime PAC contributions through CRM 360. The lifetime total is the sum of PAC contributions from the time Personify was implemented plus the total of all prior contributions.
Contributions prior to Personify’s adoption must be provided by the affiliates who have received the contributions. This data may be entered manually in the constituent record or imported from a spreadsheet by AOA staff.
This feature is only available to ‘On-Board” affiliate organizations that use Personify.
The PAC Contributions screen is as follows:
- Click on PAC Information under Financial Data
- Reference Amount: This is the pre-Personify total of PAC contributions. There is only one line for this amount, but it can be edited by entering a different amount in the field. It is worth noting that this field is segmented by affiliate. This means that if an individual has contributed to both the Missouri PAC and the Kansas PAC, for instance, these amounts will not be totaled. Missouri affiliate staff will only see the total contribution made to the Missouri PAC and Kansas staff will only see the total of Kansas PAC contributions.
- Giving by Year: This field displays paid contributions as detailed in Personify’s records dating to the implementation of Personify in 2012. This field pulls from constituent financial records and cannot be manually changed. Each year’s contributions are reflected on a separate line. Changes to the individual’s financial record (payments, cancellations, etc.) will be reflected as they occur.
- Total Collected: This is the sum of the Reference Amount and Giving by Year which displays the Lifetime Total.
