Data Analyzer is accessible from the web. Open the web-based version of Data Analyzer (bookmark this link) to get started.
How to log in to the web-based version of the data analyzer:
- Normally, Personify, and Data Analyzer communicates with each other, passing your username and password to reporting application. However, the web-based version requires you to log in with a designated username.
Your username is: AOA_XX_XX_TR_<Personify User Name>
Replace the XX with your 2-digit state affiliate. For example, if you log in to the Texas affiliate, you use TX. If you log in to the AOSA, use SA. You also need to replace the <Personify Username> with your actual personify username. Examples include AOAAREIDER or WAJSMITH. The Personify username consists of your state affiliation along with your first initial and then last name.
- Enter your Personify password in the Password dialog box.
Note: If you launch the web-based Data Analyzer, without accessing it from Personify, your credentials may be out of sync. Because Personify has the capability of opening data analyzer inside the application, it passes changes to your username/password to the reporting server where Data Analyzer lives. If you ever struggle to log in, simply open the version of Data Analyzer inside Personify, then attempt to log in to the web-based version of Data Analyzer.
