Quick Tasks
At the top of certain screens users will run into various quick tasks buttons that will launch/perform certain tasks quickly.

Search Results: The Search Results (a pair of binoculars) will take users back to the search results after running a query.
Save: The Save button will save any changes users have made to the current screen.
Refresh: The Refresh button will refresh any changes users, another user, or organization has made in the system that impacts the screen.
Idea Manager: The Idea manager will open an empty email screen that will allow users to send and email to another user.
Audit Info: The Audit Info button will allow users to see who entered and modified a piece of information such as a comment, constituent information, etc.
Alert Information: Alert Information is a section of the software that will allow users to add an alert about a constituent. This is an alert that is seen in all organization units therefore it’s very important to be aware of what content is placed in this area.
