Personas and Personify360
A persona represents the role of an individual who works with Personify360. Users can have one or more personas. Personify comes with default personas that are added, deleted, and modified to meet requirements. There are two levels of predefined personas:
- A manager-level persona that is predefined with system administration/setup-related menu items
- An operator-level persona that does not have system administration/setup-related menu items
The persona determines what kind of experience the user will have, such as the following:
- Homepage displayed upon initial login
- Ribbon bar options
