Searched-Based Screens
All major screens start with a search page where users can search for records. When the screen returns the search results, users can double-click to select a record users wish to view or edit. Users can also click the record once and hit Select to perform the same action. The Reset button allows users to clear the search criteria and perform a new search.

From every search screen, users also have the option to create a new item. For example, from the Constituent Search screen shown above, users can search for and select an existing constituent or create a new constituent.
Enter as much information as possible to refine the search. If users enter a name in the Name fields, all of the clients/customers with the name entered will be returned.
The Personify search name uses the semicolon break between all the name components. The components in the search name are organized as such:
LastName;FirstName;MiddleName;Prefix;Suffix;Credentials
Each component of the name is broken by the semicolon without any spaces between.
Note: Should an individual be missing a name component, the component is skipped.
Example:
Individuals Name: Dr. John S Doe Jr., O.D.
Search Name: DOE;JOHN;S;DR;JR;O.D.A
