Clearing Search Settings

A common troubleshooting step when search results are not what they expect, it is recommended users clear the search settings.  To do so we open any search screen such as CRM360, or Order Entry.

  1. Click on the Search Settings button display the search settings dialog box.
  2. Click the Restore Defaults button.
  3. Click the Yes button to reset the default search settings.
  4. Close the dialog box and close and reopen the screen tab.

Note:  When search settings have been altered, the text of the search settings button will be bold.
