Membership Expiration Process
Introduction
The MBR900 job is used to update the Fulfill Status of membership orders and to populate a reporting table called Cus_Current_Membership_Info. This job updates the fulfill status of an order to “Expired”. This is a TRS job that can be run manually or could be scheduled for a particular date each year.
This batch process also has the ability to update orders to “Grace”, but since our grace period is now two months and we do not run this process until March, orders should no longer change to “Grace” as the fulfill status.
*** Personify recommends that this job be run monthly; however, we cannot do this because we have members add and drop throughout the year.
Batch Process
This batch process must be run in a linear fashion, affiliate by affiliate; it cannot be run concurrently. This process should be run annually following the Q4 suspension process (typically the second week in March).

This report lists all members, their AOA product and annual dues (prior to any adjustments), balances for each year, and the Credentialing requirement amount to meet for Credentialing. It also shows, on the member level, whether or not they meet at the time the report was run (Y/N). This is sent to all affiliates throughout March and April, with a final report going out in May.
