The AOA tracks both professional and private demographic
data on individuals as well as commercial demographics on company constituents
within Personify. This data is the product of the following resources: government
data, survey data and data purchased or obtained by the Research &
Information Center within the AOA; prospective member data from member
applications and online join from the Affiliate Relations & Membership
Group; practice data collected from the AOA MORE Registry and Clinical
Resources Group; and constituent data collected from MyAOA, the online profile
section of www.aoa.org. This data is then
stored in various tables within the database and can be managed through the
user interface of Personify and the MyAOA online profile.
You must understand the fields and their definitions within
the constituent demographics to ensure accurate data entry and updates to the
information. These fields will change depending on the type of constituent
that you have open in CRM360. For example, demographics for an individual
constituent (I) are going to be different than the demographics for a company
constituent (C).
Demographics can be accessed from the screen task category
of Background Information, and then selecting Demographics.
