Contact Tracking & Access
The Contact Tracking application (MRM) is accessible in
various locations. For example, records are on individuals or parent
constituents. It is the user’s discretion to decide where to enter the contact
tracking record. The contact individual will be the determining factor.
Contact Tracking on the Home Screen
From the home screen of personify, the user can access
contact tracking in various ways. The easiest is the Contact Tracking
Toolbar.
Contact Tracing Toolbar Components

All records in the contact tracking toolbar pertain only to
the logged in user.
A. Overdue
– Overdue records are records waiting to be completed. These records are
assigned or scheduled for the individual logged into Personify.
B. Due Today
– The Contact Tracking records due by the close of business today list under
the category Due Today.
C. Future –
Under the Future category, the user will find Contact Tracking records due by a
future date.
D. New –
The new button will allow the user to create a new contact tracking record for
an individual.
Users can create Contact Tracking records from other home
screen locations as well.
