Creating Contact Tracking Records for Company Constituents
For companies the Contact Tracking record ties automatically
to the individual constituent THROUGH the individual if selected via Person
Contacted. When left blank, the record is not tied to an individual. When
tied to an individual, the contact tracking record can be found on both the
company & individual’s records. Once removed, the record is only on the
company’s Contact Tracking.
