Configuring Outlook 2013 to use the Personify Outlook Plug-In
The Personify Outlook Plug-In is now certified on Outlook
2013. However, there is a new feature of Outlook 2013 which is the ability
reply to emails inline, instead of having an email reply or forward open a new
window. Since the Personify plug-in controls are in the header of the email
composition window, users are required to continue to reply to emails using a
new window.
To configure Outlook 2013
1. Open Outlook
2013.
2. Select File
> Options. The Outlook Options window displays.
3. From the left
menu, click Mail.
4. From the Replies
and Forwards section, check the Open replies and forwards in a new window
checkbox.

Click OK.
