Question: Is the plug-in supported on
both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Outlook?
Answer: Yes
Question: Does the system support
multiple databases?
Answer: Yes, although it only looks up
Personify records based on the current database the user is connected.
Question: Does the system support an
offline mode?
Answer: If the plug-in cannot connect
to Personify, it will alert the user when they try to conduct a task, but does
not queue transactions. The user can otherwise use Outlook normally in an
offline mode.
Question: Is it possible to use the
Outlook integration thru Personify on a terminal server?
Answer: The Personify Outlook Plug-In
communicates directly with the Personify Server via a web service and does not
require the Personify client to be installed at all on that workstation. Terminal
services is irrelevant to the operation.
