Viewing Contact Tracking Records in Personify Created form the Outlook
Plug-In
From the Contact Tracking (MRM003) screen, users can view
all emails, meetings, and tasks that were created in Outlook and saved as
contact tracking activities. Users cannot view follow-up contact tracking
records.
To view contact tracking records:
1. Click CRM/Orders
> Contact Tracking.
2. Perform a search
for and select the contact whose contact records you want to view. The Contact
Tracking screen displays. Each Outlook correspondence to this contact, for
which an activity was created, displays on this screen.
3. To view the
content of an email, meeting, or task, highlight the desired record you want to
view and click View Email.
4. A read-only copy
of the email you sent appears.
