To Relate…or not to Relate…
All business addresses should be linked to a parent
constituent. This allows address updates, to update on all linked
records. For example, Doctors Jones, Smith, and Williams work at the same
practice. They also have employed paraoptometrics Sally and Mary. If all five
are linked with relationship and linked addresses, updates on the practice address,
will also be updated on the individual’s records.
When creating the linked address users must know when to
create the employment relationship. The relationship always is created when
the constituent is employed at the address being linked.
