Constituent Contact Information
Every time users work with a constituent, it is important to
make sure that the information is current for these constituents. As users
update information inside of Personify, it is important that users verify all
the information and is setup properly. Make sure that all the information is
up to date with any paperwork received regarding the constituent. This
includes address, phone (home and business), email, education information,
licensing information, demographics, etc.
To verify a constituent’s basic contact information click on
the “Edit Contact Info” hyperlink.

This page will display all contact information for the
constituent including their Emergency Contact, Phone, Email, Addresses, and
Employer Relationship Information.

Edit: Edit will allow users to change the current
information. (i.e. change information completely, or change the active status,
or which piece of information is primary.)
Action Wrench: The Action Wrench
will allow users
make overall changes to the information. Click on the wrench next to the
phone, email, or Address to add new information.
For Phone Numbers:

update the number to a new one
Add to
Do-Not-Call Registry: removes the number from solicitation
De-Activate:
marks the number as bad
Delete:
removes the number from the listing
View
History: views the change history of a constituent’s phone number
For Addresses:
Edit:
update the address to a new one
Mark as Bad: marks the address as a
bad address

Bad and Add New: marks the address as bad and allows users to add
a new address
