Inactive Contact Information
It is possible to mark a Phone and Fax contact information
as Inactive.
1.
In the Contact Method Details window that opens when you click on
the Edit hyperlink adjacent to the item, uncheck the Active
toggle.

Users can also click the Action Wrench next to the item, and chose De-Activate.

3.
By default, inactive records do not show in the listings of contact
information. Use the Action Wrench
next to the Contact
Type to Include/Exclude Inactive Records.
