Business is Moving
If a constituent changes their primary address, normally an
employment address, several steps are involved in making this change. If the
business is moving, the address needs to be changed on that business’s record.
Once the changes are saved, all the constituent records that share that
business address will update to the new address.
Identify the employer
One individual can have multiple employers. The primary
employer is included in the header of the CRM360 record. This hyperlink will
open the CRM360 record for this constituent.

If the address is being changed at a different employment
location, use the relationships number hyperlink to access all employment
relationships the constituent has.

Double click on the relationship to access the Relationship Detail
screen. Click on the Related Constituent hyperlink to access the CRM360
record for the business.

To update the address
1.
Start at the Edit Contact Info screen.

Click the Edit hyperlink next to the address that needs to be
updated. The Add/Edit Address window will appear.

3.
Make the needed changes to the address. Click the Save & Close
button to save changes made and close the window.
