New Employment Opportunity
When an individual is adding or updating his employment
record, changes are made via the address information.
Adding a new employment record for an individual
1.
In the CRM360 Edit Contact Information screen, click on the Action
Wrench
adjacent to the word
Address.
2.
Click on Add New

3.
Update the Address Type to be Business.
Note: Business addresses are
required to have a parent constituent. Upon clicking out of the Address Type
field, or using the Tab key on the keyboard, the Customer ID field will become
required and the address fields (address line 1, zip code, city, etc.) will
become locked.

4.
Click on the Customer ID hyperlink to search for a parent
constituent in Personify.

5.
Update the the Bill To and Ship To selections.

6.
Once you save and close the new address, you can click the Action
Wrench to the right of the new address and select Mark as Primary.

Updating an Employment Record
An individual contacts the AOA to have their employment
record updated. This typically means the individual is ending their employment
with one company or practice and sometimes adding a new one. To update
employment records in Personify, changes are made to the address that was
linked.
Removing the address
1.
In the CRM360 Edit Contact Information screen, click on the Action
Wrench
adjacent to the
address requiring an update.
2.
Chose the option to Delete the address from the record.

Note: Deleting an address from a
record does not mean past address information cannot be retrieved. Address
changes are audited and tracked. Therefore, information on these changes can
be researched.
3.
If the old address is linked to an order, the address cannot be
deleted. Click on the Action Wrench to the right of the old address and
select Mark as Bad. The address becomes hidden but can be recalled by
clicking on the Action Wrench at the top of the Address section and selecting Include
bad Addresses.

Ending the relationship
Identify the employer
1.
One individual can have multiple employers. If the employment is being
changed, use the relationships number hyperlink to access all employment
relationships the constituent has.

2.
Double click on the relationship to access the Relationship Detail
screen.

3.
Update the End Date to be today and click Save.
