AOA News
The AOA News comes in two formats. Digital (emailed to the
individual) and Print (mailed to the individual). The user can opt out of one
or the other via certain steps in either High Road or Personify.
Print Version
For an individual to opt-out of the Print Version of the AOA
News, this can be completed in Personify. Open the CRM360. From the Constituent
Preferences screen task category, click on the Opt-In/Opt-Out screen
task.

1.
Click on the Add More Options button. The Unsubscribed Options
window will display.

2.
Check the box next to the AOA News Interest Area. Then click on the
Opt-In Box.

3. The line will be
added to the Opt-In/Opt-Out Selections. With the AOA News highlighted, update
the details section with the following:
a. Update the
Opted-In check box to be unchecked.
b. Update the
Opted-Out Date
c. Update the
Opted-Out Reason
d. Update the
Comments as needed.

4.
Update the constituent record using the Save
button.
