Do Not Solicit – All Forms of Communication
Individuals may request to receive NO communication from the
organization. Example scenarios include:

Constituent is retired and/or no longer works in the industry
·
Constituent is deceased
·
Constituent simply does not want to be contacted
This can be challenging when most organizations use various
methods of solicitation to communicate with their constituents. Personify,
however, does have the option to completely remove the allowance for
solicitation from a record.
Note: When updating this
information be sure to remind the constituent of the consequences of being
removed from solicitation. Should they not show in certain communication
lists, they might miss some member benefits.
Update the constituent record from the CRM360 screen.
Either click on the Edit Contact Info hyperlink, or click on the Background
Information screen task category and then the Contact Information
screen task.

From the edit contact info screen, at the top of the page, next to
heading Contact Information, there is a check box for Allow All Solicitation.
To remove someone from any list involving all forms of communication, uncheck
the box.
