The inventory product team
consists of various members. Each member has a vital role, doing his or her
part to keep provide the product to the consumer.
Product Management:
The role of product management is to setup, maintain, and update product
information as needed via the back office of Personify. Operation and activity
within the software will occur in Product Central through the persona of
inventory product manager.
Inventory Management:
The role of the inventory management is to receive, maintain, and update
inventory products and their warehousing. The inventory management role works
primarily out of shipping and inventory & Product Central through the
persona of inventory product manager.
Finance Management:
The financial management role works on the reconciliation of financial records
for the inventory product team. Majority of the work of financial management
will work out of Accounting Central through the persona of finance manager.
Product Fulfillment:
The product fulfillment role will work specifically with the processing of
orders as they are placed in Personify and online to ready them for shipment.
Most work for product fulfillment will occur in the shipping and inventory
screens of Personify through the persona of Product Fulfillment.
Order Entry Operation:
The role of order entry operation works to enter orders and take payments based
upon constituent needs and update constituent records. The primary functions
of the order entry operation are completed via CRM360 as well as the order entry
module through the persona of Order Entry Operator.
