Some products have files that are associated with them.
These documents can include user guides, product rebates, or other product
instructions can be linked to inventory products
From Product Central either search or create a new
inventoried product. Under the Relationships screen task category,
click the Related Files screen task. The Product Maintenance | Related
Files screen will appear.

1. To add a file to
an inventory product, from the Related Files section, click on the Add File
Relationship button. Fill out the File Relationship Detail.
a. File type:
Drop down defines the type of file being attached such as an Adobe PDF
Document, Word Document, Excel Spreadsheet, etc.)
b. Description:
Free form text box allows a text description of the file.

Add any additional file relationships as needed and then save
changes.
