In the brief description screen, you can define the brief
description that is displayed on the web. This description is what appears in
the product listing. Descriptions will be entered using the design window.
From Product Central either search or create a new
inventoried product. Under the eBusiness Links screen task category,
click the Brief Description screen task. The Product Maintenance |
Brief Description screen will appear.
1. In the Languages
section, click on the Add button to add brief description to your
product and then update the following under the descriptive text section.
a. Language:
Code identifies the language of the text. This allows descriptive text to be
shown on the website based on the language of the consumer.
b. Edit Text:
Button opens the HTML Editor Dialog window. This allows the user to edit any
previously created descriptions.

From the HTML Editor Dialog window, make all changes with the selection
of Design Window selected. Once complete with changes, click OK to save them.

After adding all the needed Brief Descriptions, click the save button 
to save any changes made.
