The inventory user crosses two roles and personas together.
They include:
Order Entry Operation:
The role of order entry operation works to enter orders and take payments based
upon constituent needs and update constituent records. The primary functions
of the order entry operation are completed via CRM360 as well as the order
entry module.
Product Fulfillment:
The product fulfillment role will work specifically with the processing of
orders as they are placed in Personify and online to ready them for shipment.
Most work for product fulfillment will occur in the shipping and inventory
screens of Personify.
Inventory in Personify will
have various fulfill statuses. This has an impact on both the Order Entry
Operation team as well as the Product Fulfillment team. The process starts
with the Order Entry Operator and then transitions to the Product Fulfillment
team.
