Once the order has been built
with all the inventory products and details have been updated via the
Additional Order Information, the order needs to have the Shipping Information
completed. Advance the order information by clicking on the Next button
or using the Step 2: Shipping Information tab at the top of the window.

From the shipping information
tab, first verify the shipping & billing address information at the top of
the screen.

It is important to verify this
information since a constituent may request an order to be shipped to a
different address. Users will need to update the information as needed using
the following hyperlinks:
Change Ship-To Address:
Displays the Address Chooser form which to select a different ship-to address
for the order OR create a new address
Create One-Time Address:
Displays the “Create a one-time address” screen to create an address that will
be used once for this order.
Change Ship-To Customer:
Displays the customer chooser to search for, and select a different ship-to
customer for the order.
