The Order Entry screen allows
users to place order and track activities for all subsystems. This includes
inventory and package products. Constituents may have multiple orders. On
this screen, users can enter new orders, check statuses of existing orders,
cancel an order, etc.
To access the Order Entry
Screen, open the CRM360 screen for the constituent. Click either the Order
screen task under the Quick Create screen task category, or the Create
New Order hyperlink under the Orders and Donations tab.
