The inventory history screen retrieves information that can
be used to view the transactions associated with a product.
1.
From the ribbon, click on the Inventory History tool from the
Shipping and Inventory ribbon toolbar.

From the Inventory History | Search screen, locate the product code.
Highlight the product code line, and click the Select button.

3. Update the
filter information.
a. Warehouse:
Should a product be stored in multiple warehouses, update with the appropriate
warehouse name.
b. Transaction
Type: Transactions occur to inventory based upon certain action items
i. Inventory
Adjustment: transactions that occur when inventory is adjusted from
the inventory adjustment screen.
ii. Inventory
Receipt: transactions that occur when inventory is received on the inventory
receipt screen.
iii. Shipping:
transactions that occur when an inventoried product is shipped or pre-shipped
in the order process.
iv. Transfer
In: transactions that occur when inventory is moved from one
warehouse/location to another via the inventory transfer screen.
v. Transfer
From: transaction that occur when inventory is moved to one
warehouse/location to another via the inventory transfer screen.
c. Date From:
A date parameter to choose a range in which transactions occurred
d. Date To:
A date parameter to choose a range in which transactions occurred.
4. Click the Search
button to filter the results.

Details will display to the right, and the transactions will
display in the fields below.
