appropriate persona selected form the My Persona drop down.
Meetings Manager:

This persona gives you the ability to oversee sessions, meetings,
facilities, and committees.

The individual would perform tasks such as:
o Providing
Signage at a meeting
o Arranging for
food needs
o Schedule Staff
for the meeting
o Manage
equipment used for breakout sessions and registration.

A meetings manager would be responsible for not only managing the
physical meeting itself, but setting up meetings in the registration system.
Meetings Registrar:

The meetings registrant’s main task is to register
members/constituents for a meeting. This is specific to performing the
following tasks:
o Register
members for meetings
o Maintain
batches and orders
o Creating
Schedules for members
o Cancelling
registration
o Handling
payment for registration
Meetings Planner

Individuals, who would plan meetings, sessions, work with
affiliated products and exhibitions would use the persona of Meetings Planner.
The Meetings Planner will play a larger role in setting up meetings for larger
events with multiple sessions. This would include:
o Soliciting
presenters and coordinating social events
o Contracting
hotels/conference centers for room blocking
