Pricing
From the screen tasks on the
left, select Define Rates and Pricings. We will now continue the setup

click the Add Rate button. Once the line has been added, we’ll
continue with the rest of the rate code details.

- Select a Rate
Code
Structure from the drop down menu. This is rate that defines whether
the attendee is a member or non-member.
- Select a Rate Code
from the drop down. This is the rate that will match with the individual

product. (Once the rate code is selected the description will
automatically fill in after using the Tab key on the keyboard.)
- Set the Max Free
Badges. This determines the number of badges when a
member/constituent orders the meeting product. Should the member want
additional badges than the maximum amount, a badge product would need to
be created as an additional meetings product.
