Viewing Registrants
& Wait Lists
Through the meetings module we have
the capability to view registrants based upon per session or per meeting.
Accessing these is done various ways.
- To access the
session registrants and wait list individuals open the Session Summary.
- Highlight the
session.
- Click either Session
Registrants or Session Wait List.

- To access the
meeting registrants and wait list individuals. From the main meeting
product screen tasks under the Subsystem Specific screen tasks category, choose
either Meeting Registrants or Meeting Wait List.

From the Registrants and Wait
Lists screen, you can complete many tasks. Before you can interact with the
individual registrants, you will want to sort by the following:

Active Registrants
-
Waitlist Registrants
-
Cancellations
-
Show all Badges (A toggle that will allow you to see all the
badges that an individual registrant has.)

You can then select one
individual, multiple, or all using the Select All, Unselect All, and control
keys.

You then have various options to
communicate/interact with the registrants.

Word Merge – Exports the registrants/wait list
individuals to be exported to a Word merge for Microsoft Office.

Excel – Exports the registrants /wait list
individuals to an Excel spreadsheet.

Email - Adds all the registrants/wait list
individuals to an email in the default email program. The individuals are all
added to the BCC line.
