Cancelling a Meeting Order without Refund

  1. To cancel a meeting order, from the Order Entry Screen, click Cancel an Item screen task from the Work with Line Item screen task category.
  2. From the section above, select the Cancel Only option.
  3. On the Cancel Only Tab, select a Reason Code.
  4. If a cancellation fee was defined for the product, it is shown in the Optional Cancellation Fee box.  This amount can be updated if needed.  The fee will be based upon the current date unless you have opened an Adjustment Batch.
  5. If you check the Write-Off Balance, the text box will be editable.
  6. Enter any Cancellation Comments.
  7. Click the Process button. 

  1. The Cancellation and Refund Control screen will close, and the status of the order line will change to Cancelled.
