- Click on the
hyperlink for Class Name. You will be prompted to select the
corresponding meeting sub product.
- Enter the following
parameters to complete the report:
- Course Name: Name
or Code that appears in the upper right hand corner of the report.
- Instructor Name:
Name of the instructor as it will appear on the report.
- Credit Hours: The
number of hours earned for completion of the course.
- COPE ID: Cope ID
number (if applicable)
- Course Title:
Course name that will appear on the course information section of the
report
- Location: Location
or room the course will be held.
- Click on the Run
the Report button.
