Committees are setup using various codes in the system. And they can be added upon should the current set not fit business needs.
PARTICIPATION STATUS: The status of the committee member within the committee. For example, Active or Inactive.
POSITION: The position of the committee member within the committee for example, Chairman or Member.
TERM: The term period (in months) that is used as a default to calculate the end date of the added member.
VOTING STATUS: Indicates whether the committee member assigned to the position is allowed to vote in the committee.
