When you open Personify on Windows 10 (specifically after some Windows Updates) Personify will open with the error message:"
"Failed to load 'about:blank' web page within 300 seconds."
The personify module can become unusable after this. A fix for the issues lies within the user data of Personify.
To resolve the issue perform the following:
- Close all instances of Personify that you currently have open.
- Use the Ctrl+Alt+Del key method to open the Windows Task Manager and click/highlight any instance of TIMSS.EXE. Use the End Task button when availabl

- Navigate to your Local Data folder using Windows Explorer: C:\Users\%\AppData\Local\Temp
- Delete the dotnetbroswer-chromium folder when present.
