Resolution:
- Close all launchers.
- Open Task Manager.
- End all TIMSS.EXE tasks
- Go to ‘%localappdata%/temp’ folder within the Run Desktop Application and remove folder ‘dotnetbrowser-chromium’.
- Now open the Personify launcher.
