Program Providers report – Instructions to run

The Program Providers report has the option to report on the Infant SEE, Vision USA and See To Learn programs individually and in several combinations.  The options are listed below with screen shots:

·         Only – Infant SEE   (providers who participate in the Infant SEE program)

·         Only – Vision USA   (providers who participate in the Vision USA program)

·         Only – See To Learn   (providers who participate in the See To Learn program)

·         Infant SEE and Vision USA   (providers who participate in the Infant SEE and Vision USA programs)

·         Infant SEE and See To Learn   (providers who participate in the Infant SEE and See To Learn programs)

·         Vision USA and See To Learn   (providers who participate in the Vison USA and See To Learn programs)

·         Infant SEE, Vision USA, See To Learn   (providers who participate in all three programs)

·         No Program Providers   (providers who do not participate in any of the programs)

·         All Providers   (all providers, regardless of participation in a program)
