Scheduled Batch/TRS jobs have outputs, and can be reviewed on a regular basis. For example, prior runs of the credit card settlement process (CCP610) runs at midnight each night, and you need the report from that run. Alternatively, a batch of invoices ran for a membership category and you need the paper invoices from a prior run. To review these jobs, you will access the Job and Report Status screen in Personify.
To review prior batch/TRS jobs in Personify:
- From the Reporting tab of your menu, select the Job and Report Status. This will open the Submission Status search screen in Personify.

- Use the Search Parameters section to find the job/application you are looking for. For example, enter the Application (e.g., CCP610, ORD660) to find a specific application. IF you know when the job was submitted, you can use the Start Time and End Time search parameters to find jobs that started on or after a specific date or ended on a specific date.
- Click and highlight the submission you wish to review.
- Double-click the selected row, or use the Select button to review the submission. By default, the Submission Status screen will open the Output tab.

- Use the Parameters, Status, and Output tabs to review the following:
