Printing reports from the Personify360 7.7.3 application requires the SAP Business Intelligence Crystal Report Viewer v 4.2.6; please work with your IT provider to install the appropriate package to your machine.
Alternatively, Personify360 supports exporting Crystal Report data to PDF and Excel.
