Accessing & Using the Customer Quick View Screen

The Customer Quick View is a new screen created just for the AOA. This snapshot view of a constituent record will display pertinent information for the user.

To access/use the Customer Quick View screen:

  1. Type ‘Info’ into the Command Line at the top of Personify.  Alternatively, click on the Customer Quick View from the home page.

  1. Search for a constituent by their Customer ID, Name, Primary Phone, or Primary Email address. Click and highlight the record you wish to open.
  2. Click the Select button to open the record.  Alternatively, you can double click the row to open the Quick View record.

Note:  If only one record is found, the window record will open automatically.
