Creating a Society Learning Event

Refer to your meeting end user documentation for specifics regarding the creation of a meeting product. This product will be setup as a master conference product.  Use the copy product function if needed.

To setup a society learning event for CE:

1.    Create your meeting within the Personify meetings central screen.  You will need to define the general product setup, GL Accounts, revenue accounts, cancellation fees, and validate your product.

NOTE:  If you have an existing meeting, you can copy a meeting from a prior year.  This will then allow you to copy the setup of the meeting as well as any additional eBusiness controls.

 

2.    Define your Rates and Pricing with the FULL registration amount including the dues portion.  This will be discounted upon registration as needed.

NOTE:  IF you are only offering ONE price for your meeting, the rate structure will require you to use List Price.
