Find Non-Member CE Event Orders
The quickest way to find the non-member attendees is to run a Balance Due Report for Meetings. This report will provide you the customer attending the meeting, the Total Amount (includes discount) and the current balance due of the order.
To run the Balance Due Report for Meetings:
1. Click on the Open Data Analyzer button from the home page. The third-party business objects software will open in a new tab.

2. Navigate to the Folders > AOA > AOA Affiliate Reports > Meetings folder. Double click on the Balance Due Report for Meetings report. The report will open and a Prompts window will appear.

3. Enter a value for the Parent Product. Use the Search box to search by the product code value.
4. Highlight the proper parent product, and click arrow button to move the product to the box on the right.
5. Click the Run Query button to run the report. The report will display and is ready to be exported to Excel for further analysis.
