Contact Tracking

Contact Tracking in Personify allows the user to track the various methods used to communication with the constituents in the software.  Contact Tracking will serve as a single location for not only member record information but also all our constituents.  (Note:  Contact Tracking records are organization specific.  Meaning records created in the AOA will only be available to users with access to the Contact Tracking application in the AOA Organization.)  These records are for a variety of topics, assignable, and can be on a schedule.
