Using the Personify Outlook Plug-In in Personify
With the Personify Outlook Plug-In, any Personify screen
from which you could send an email will now launch Outlook to send emails and
save them as contact tracking records. In the Contact Tracking (MRM003)
screen, you can also view Outlook emails, meetings, and tasks that were saved
as contact tracking records from Outlook.
Sending Emails via the Personify Outlook Plug-In in Personify
There a number of ways to send an Outlook email from
Personify. Outlook emails can be created from Call Center, Contact Tracking,
or Customer Central. Anywhere users see a hyperlinked email address in
Personify, when users click the hyperlink, a new blank Outlook email displays.
For example, to send an Outlook email from CRM360 in
Personify:

From the Personify main toolbar, select Customers and Committees
> CRM360®.

Perform a search for and select the contact for whom you wish to
send an email.

From the CRM360 header, if an email address has been defined for
the constituent, click the hyperlinked email address.

Click the contact’s email link to open an Outlook email.
A new, blank email window displays.
