Note: Should a duplicate record be spotted in Personify, aDD AN ALERT TO THE duplicate record, and submit THE PAIR via the Service Catalog.
Duplicate Verification
It is a challenge to verify a duplicate record; however, most often the record kept is the older one. This is due to membership being on the older record.
Note: All inventory product orders can be transferred, some membership product orders cannot.
