Overview

In Personify, there are three (3) types of constituents in Personify:

These make up the different types of constituents that users can add to the Personify database.

Personify offers a variety of ways to view constituents, however the optimum way is the CRM360.

CRM360:  The CRM360 serves as a one-stop-shop for all essential customer data that is easy to update and maintain, including Financial Data, Background Information, Relationships, Preferences, and Involvement History.

Individual (Type) – Any individual entered into the Personify database.

§  Members (Subtype) – Any individual who has purchased a Membership Product from the AOA or its affiliates

§  Non-Members (Subtype) – Any individual entered into the Personify database who has not purchased a membership product.

2.       Company (Type) – Any group, business, organization, or facility, which includes hospitals, optometry schools, educational facilities, vendors, etc.

3.       Committee (Type) – Any group of individuals, within the Organization, in the Personify database such as a board, program, council, commission, society, etc.
