CRM360 Header Information

The header at the top of the CRM360 screen displays the most meaningful at-a-glance data about a constituent.  The information displayed within the header is numbered in the image below.  See the numbered list that follows for more information.  All the information in the header can be highlighted, and then copied by right mouse clicking on the highlighted content and choosing “Copy.”

1.    Formatted Label Namethe formatted label name is comprised of the Prefix, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, and Suffix fields as defined on the Individual Name Edit or Company Name Edit screens, respectively.  Additionally, if defined, an individual constituent's Nickname will display in parentheses.

2.    Constituent ID:  the constituent ID is an automatically generated number.  After the new constituent has been saved, this number cannot be changed.

3.    Primary Employer:  The primary employer of the employer will display the ID number.  Clicking on the link of the Primary employer will open the CRM360 record.

4.    Social Media Links/Indicator Icons:  If the individual has social media links attached to their profile, they will represent in their respective icons. The blue star at the top of a constituent record indicates that this constituent is entitled to member pricing or member only products.

5.    Relationships:  this link displays the number of current relationships defined for the constituent.  Click this link to open the Relationships screen.

6.    Address:  the constituent's primary formatted address displays, along with the Address Type on top.

7.    Constituent Class:  the constituent class is defined on the Demographics screen.  This will also display for a company constituent determining if it is an organization, school, business, etc.

8.    Primary Contact Typesif a Phone/Mobile/Web/Email communication record has been entered into the system, then those contact methods will show.

9.    Email Address:  If defined, the constituent's primary email address and record will display as a link.  Click the constituent's primary email address to open a blank email in the default email window.

10.  Web Address:  If defined the constituent’s primary web address and record will display as a link.  Click the constituent’s primary web address to open the link in the default browser.

11.  Edit Contact Info:  click this link to open the Contact Information screen below in CRM360.
