Relationships in Personify are important to the AOA because of the various areas that are impacted!  These areas include the Online Staff Management Tool, Doctor Locator, and Duplicate Processing.  Practice relationships are also tracked when a company may have multiple locations.  Below is a diagram to help keep how relationships work in Personify

Relationships and their impacts are very powerful.  Many relationship types are available in Personify and could be used in the future.  Managing relationships is essential due to the visibility and reliance on the tools the AOA and its constituents use.

It is important that users understand that relationships created in Personify have an impact on other areas of the organization.
