Mail
Constituents may request to receive communications via phone
or email, but not receive communication via Mail. Personify does allow for two
types of solicitation. These include Internal Mail & Label Sales. There
are some benefits of using Label Sales over Internal Mail.
Note: Personify does not allow for
specific solicitation methods per Address. Example would be that Personify
would not allow you to solicit to a business address, and not a home address.
Note: It is recommended not to use
the option Do Not Include in Internal Mail. This will not remove an individual
from being included on a mailing list internal or external.
Do Not Include in Label Sales
To update a constituent’s address information for solicitation
via mail, locate the wrench icon 
next to the address section of contact
information. A drop down menu will appear; select the Do Not Include in
Label Sales option.
Once selected, the record will indicate that addresses are
marked “Do Not Solicit”.
