Web/Social Media & Fax
Personify allows constituents to not be solicited via the
web/social media and fax communications as well.
Web/Social Media
Constituents can only chose not to receive system
notifications via social media. This feature is just like the mobile and email
options. To update, click on the wrench icon
next
to the Web/Social Media communication type. From the drop down, select the Do
Not Allow System Notifications option.

These alerts allow for constituents be updated when certain
actions are taken in Personify. Please be aware when working with a
constituent who has requested not to receive these notifications via social
media, they may miss certain pieces of communications which can be important to
orders and constituents. Making sure the constituent is aware of how
notifications will be impacted is important.
Note: There is no indication when
a web/social media record has been flagged not to receive Notifications.
Fax
Constituents can be removed from lists when updating the
communication type not to be solicited. Also with fax records, like phone
records, the numbers can be added to a do-not-call registry and system
notifications.
Do Not Solicit by Fax
To mark Fax as do not solicit, click on the wrench icon
next to communication
type of Fax. From the drop down menu, select the Do Not Solicit by Fax
option.

Once selected, the record will indicate with the Do Not
Solicit flag.

Do Not Call Registry
Fax numbers, like phone numbers, can be added to the do not
call registry. To do so, click on the wrench icon
next
to the Fax number needing to be added to the registry. From the drop down
menu, select the option Add to Do Not Call Registry.

Once selected, the record will indicate the registry flag
and show in the CRM360 header if the communication is marked as primary.
